CPR Class Policy
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy for all CPR classes at Careers in Care Academy.
Full Refund — 24+ Hours Notice
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your class start time. No questions asked.
Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours)
No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your class at no charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your original class date. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
No-Shows
Students who do not attend and have not contacted us in advance forfeit their payment. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a serious illness or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review exception requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit toward a future class at our discretion.
If We Cancel a Class
If Careers in Care Academy cancels a class for any reason, all registered students will receive a full refund and will be given priority registration for the next available session.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, email connect@careersincareacademy.com or call (503) 278-6625 with your Booking ID and the reason for your request. Requests are processed Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific.
